Cancellation policy & booking flexibly
With many countries facing travel restrictions, we understand that many of you are looking for flexibility.
Our cancellation policy is as follows: – Cancellation is possible until 7 days prior to the arrival. However, we want to provide our guests with flexibility in case of last minute changes. For stays between March 1, 2020 and April 30, 2020, we allow you to modify your stay to a later date in 2020 up to the day before your arrival. The full price of the reservation will be charged at modification of the dates. You are only required to pay the price difference between the room rates at the time of the check-in. In case of cancellation, the already charged amount will not be reimbursable.
For bookings made through a travel agent or online booking platform (e.g. Booking.com, Expedia) please contact them directly – we have advised these companies of our cancellation policy and you should refer to their terms and conditions.
