At Gare du Nord take Metro line 5 towards Place d'Italie and stop at Jacques Bonsergent (only 2 stops from Gare du Nord) :

You can take Bus 65 at Lafayette-Dunkerque. It will drop you at Jacques Bonsergent (5th stop from Lafayette-Dunkerque).
