At Gare du Nord take Metro line 5 towards Place d'Italie and stop at Jacques Bonsergent (only 2 stops from Gare du Nord) :

You can take Bus 65 at Lafayette-Dunkerque. It will drop you at Jacques Bonsergent (5th stop from Lafayette-Dunkerque).

Bus 65 operates every day. from 5.30 am to 0.30 am, every 5 to 20 mn depending on the time of the day. You can buy your ticket directly from the bus driver

Once at Jacques Bonsergent, you just have to walk up rue de Lancry. The hotel is located at the end of rue de Lancry, just accross the bridge :
