Entrée: black sausage crumble with apples and French gingerbread accompanied by mache salad with hazelnuts and a side of raw vegetable with a cider vinaigrette
Main: Veal shank lacquered in cider with crunchy vegetables and my grandmother's mashed potatoes with coriander
Dessert: similar to an apple and almond tatin
Coffee and small sweets
Dinner will be served with wines from Marrenon, which is a wine cooperative of small producers in the Luberon region
