This park was designed by Napoleon III in a neighborhood that had become so popular that it merited a huge green space with fresh air for Parisians.

Today it is one of the largest parks in Paris and perhaps one of the most enjoyable parts of the City.  It is worth a stroll and you'll likely put it on your list to return to because there are so many whimsical and secret places to discover.
